Signs it is time to call
- The key sticks, must be jiggled, or will not fully insert.
- The deadbolt only works when you pull or push the door.
- The latch does not line up with the strike.
- The knob or lever is loose or spins without moving the latch.
- A key broke or a cylinder was damaged during an attempted entry.
